At UNHERD, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Items must be free from stains, odors, damage, or excessive wear.
UNHERD reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for eligible items based on product availability.
If the size or color you need is available, we'll be happy to assist with an exchange request. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Products purchased during special clearance events unless otherwise stated
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We'll work quickly to resolve the problem.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified regarding approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
