Return & Exchange Policy

At UNHERD, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If for any reason your order isn’t the perfect fit, we’ll make it right.

Domestic (USA) Returns & Exchanges

  • You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 business days of your order’s delivery date.

  • Exchanges & Store Credit: We cover the shipping both ways.

  • Refunds to Original Payment Method: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Simply email us at support@unherdofficial.com and include order # then our team will respond with return shipping details and shipping label.

Once we receive your item, your return or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g., briefs, undergarments, final sale items) cannot be returned or exchanged.
