  • Free Shipping: On all domestic orders over $100.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

  • Please note: import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These are determined by your country and are not included in your UNHERD order total.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

Order Issues

  • UNHERD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages once shipped. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out to us at support@unherdofficial.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
